Interest and participation in this program is rapidly growing, and as a consequence, the incentive budget for 2017 is very near full utilization. We will not be accepting any residential water heating applications postmarked after September 15th, 2017. Please remember this is a first-come, first-served program and if funding is exhausted before September 15th, no rebates will be paid. We will still be accepting commercial water heating applications.

The Water Heating Equipment Rebate program will continue in 2018, incentivizing high-efficiency tankless water heaters. Tankless rebates will be available for both residential and commercial applications. We will continue to inform you of changes and developments in the program as they are decided.

Thanks again, and we look forward to your participation in 2018. As a reminder, we will still accept commercial tankless water heater applications until the funds are exhausted.

Rebate Program Requirements

Application must be completely filled out with purchaser information, equipment information (including brand, complete model number, serial number, installation date and AFUE rating) and dealer and installer information.

Black Hills Energy Arkansas is unable to accept applications that do not include all this information. A copy of the dated invoice or sales receipt must accompany completed rebate application and must include the brand, price, purchaser and complete model and serial number. It is the responsibility of the dealer and purchaser to ensure that the installed equipment qualifies for the rebate. If it does not qualify, no rebate will be paid.

Black Hills Energy Arkansas reserves the right to inspect the installed equipment. Rebate qualifications and amounts are subject to change. The rebate application form and supporting documentation must be submitted within 90 days of installation and postmarked by December 31, 2017. To avoid delays in rebate processing, please submit your completed paperwork as soon as possible. Rebates are awarded on a first-come first-served basis until funds are depleted.

This program ends December 31, 2017, or when funds are depleted. Please check back in 2018 for new program details.
